IVY LOFTS
Toward the end of March; I had the pleasure of attending a showcasing for the new Ivy Lofts. The Ivy Lofts is an upscale simplified urban living space purposefully designed for an energized lifestyle. The Ivy Lofts will be located in east downtown Houston. They will offer different floor plans consisting of Murphy beds, stainless steel appliances, granite counter-tops, a two in one washer and dryer, hidden closets, a wine fridge, Jack and Jill bathrooms, half and full wrap around balconies with killer views of the city. My favorite floor plans were the 384 square footage Tokyo style; with a living room/bedroom, the 576 sq. ft. Barcelona with a bedroom, living room, a small office/bedroom, and the 966 sq. ft. New Yorker featuring a living room, two bedrooms an office and two bathrooms. While walking around touring the different layouts we were giving sandwiches from Corner Bakery Café, grapes, strawberries and cheese. There was even an open wine bar to pair the food with. I personally cannot wait for the new Ivy Lofts are finished they will make a great addition to the downtown skyline. Thanks Ivy Lofts and Marco Brudi cannot wait to come back for the opening.
